Payment Methods

Cards

Accepted credit or debit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, CB, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club via the secure payment platform Stripe. NegoLuz uses SEC (secure electronic commerce) which makes it possible to secure the purchase and sale transaction on the internet. This system allows us to ensure a high level of security in your purchase.

PSD2 Regulation: For security reasons in order to finalize your purchase, in accordance with the law, your bank may ask you to authenticate yourself in different ways (via an SMS, a notification in the application on your phone or others). Consult your bank if any doubt.

Our payment gateway has been audited by a certified PCI auditor and Level 1 PCI service providers. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To do this, Stripe uses the best security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security.

Furthermore, since January 1, 2021, European regulations have changed to make online payments by credit or debit card even more secure. When you make an online purchase using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3-D Secure authentication. There are several ways to authenticate online payments and you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email or TouchID. 3-D Secure authentication reduces fraudulent online activity, including identity theft and unauthorized card use, protects cardholder data and reduces fraud attempts. We recommend contacting your bank to ensure they have your correct details in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3-D Secure authentication.

Your credit or debit card number is not accessible to us. Once you make your purchase, we only see your billing information, your shipping information, your order details and therefore the last 4 digits of your payment card.

If you would like a refund you can do so by contacting us, you have 24 hours after placing your order to do so. A refund takes 5-7 business days to return to your account.

Payment must be fully made before shipping.

 

Bank Wire

We also accept bank wire payments for free. Simply choose this option when confirming the order, you will receive the account number and banking information by email.

 

SEPA – Direct Bank Transfer within the European Union

A SEPA transfer or – Direct Transfer – is the sending of a payment order from the payer’s entity to the beneficiary’s bank as long as it meets a series of requirements.

SEPA transfers are transfers in euros between bank accounts belonging to one of the 36 countries in the SEPA area (single euro payments area). This is the typical transfer you use to send money to any European bank or entity. Typically, your bank will allow you to make SEPA transfers for free.

Simply enter the International Account Number (IBAN) of your bank account instead of loading a credit or debit card for payment.
There is no amount limit but they must be in euros and their destination is any country in the SEPA zone.
The maximum payment time will be 3 working days.
The customer must provide complete data of the originating and destination accounts, i.e. BIC and IBAN.
Depending on your bank, it may charge you a fee for the service (but these fees will never be billed by NegoLuz).
The beneficiary receives the full amount of the transfer, then independently his entity will invoice him for the cost of the service for its receipt.
With payment by SEPA transfer, you can connect with your bank account directly from the NegoLuz website (on the payment methods page) and make a payment by transfer (without needing to record any data).

 

Payment with Klarna in installments

With Klarna you can purchase on NegoLuz and split the payment for the purchase into several interest-free installments.

At the time of payment
It’s as easy as any other online card purchase. Select the option to pay by Klarna in 3 or 4 installments or 30 days without interest and enter your debit or credit card details. You will only need to enter them when you make your first purchase from Klarna. Subject to approval by Klarna. The minimum and maximum purchase amount varies depending on the company.

When the order is shipped
Once we have confirmed the delivery of the order, Klarna will charge you the amount of the first installment if you choose to pay in 3 or 4 installments. Or 30 days if applicable. And Klarna will send you a message when the payment has been processed.

 

Google Pay

Use your Google account to pay for your purchase on NegoLuz. This payment method is only available for Android phones. You must have previously registered your bank card in the Google Pay application. The use of the service and the payment limit amount are determined by your bank.

 

SOFORT

• SOFORT is a way of payment which is based on the principle of a classic bank transfer, except that in this case the consumer only has to confirm the payment.
• SOFORT is only available for certain banks in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Switzerland. If your bank is not compatible, we will inform you when creating your transfer.
• In the payment method step, choose the option to pay with SOFORT
• We will redirect you to the SOFORT website, where you can enter the necessary bank details and confirm the payment securely from your bank account. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account before confirming payment.
• SOFORT withdraws the money from your bank account securely, in order to settle your transfer.

 

Link

Link saves and autofills payment and shipping information for customers so they don’t need to enter payment details manually. Customers can use different funding sources with Link, including credit cards, debit cards, and US bank accounts.

With Link, save your payment information, and we’ll autofill your saved card details, addresses, and phone numbers for all future purchases on Link-enabled sites. You’ll get a chance to review your order before clicking to confirm your purchase.

You will receive a payment confirmation on your screen. Done!

 

Bancontact

Shop from your couch at any time of the day and pay fast and secure with Bancontact. It’s possible to pay with your card or with your smartphone in an ever-increasing number of web shops.

• Confirm the contents of your shopping cart in the webshop and choose Bancontact as the payment method.
• The Payconiq by Bancontact app will open automatically.
• Check the amount, confirm your payment and you’re done! Easy as a beep.

 

Giropay

Giropay is the most widely used online payment system in Germany among German banks and savings banks.

To use the Giropay online payment method, you must have an account with a German bank or savings bank. Giropay is directly linked to your current account. It is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay with your online banking application.

1. Select Giropay as your preferred payment method at checkout
2. Choose your bank for payment
3. Log in to your online banking environment to confirm the transaction
4. You receive payment confirmation

 

iDeal

The iDEAL payment method is available for payments in EUR for bank accounts in the Netherlands. It’s a simple and convenient way to pay for your transfer on the website and mobile application.

Simply select iDeal from the payment list during the final step of your transfer, then click Confirm.

You will be redirected to the iDeal website to enter the necessary information. Once the payment is processed, you will be redirected to NegoLuz.

 

EPS

EPS (Electronic Payment Standard) is an online transfer system developed jointly by the Austrian banks and Government. It provides a simple and secure process of online payments to millions of users in Austria. EPS lets your customers pay for their orders using their online banking accounts.

When customers choose EPS at checkout, they’re redirected to the EPS website to review a list of participating banks. They select their bank and enter their banking login details. After the payment is confirmed, the amount due is sent to Merchant from customer’s bank.

 

Przelewy24

Przelewy24 is a Poland-based payment method aggregator that allows customers to transact online using bank transfers and other methods. Przelewy24 offers its customers the opportunity to pay in more than 165 banks. Przelewy24 redirects customers to your website to authenticate a payment and an immediate notification is sent on payment success or failure.

1. The customer picks a product and selects the payment method at the cart level.
2. On the Przelewy24 payment wall, the customer selects his bank from the list of banks.
3. After redirection, the customer logs in to online banking and approves the automatically completed transfer form.
4. Done! The transfer is completed, the funds are transferred to the merchant, and the customer returns to the store’s website.

 

Blik

You can buy with BLIK in almost all online stores in Poland. BLIK payments are convenient and secure: enter the BLIK code and confirm the transaction with your PIN code in the banking application. You don’t need to log in to online banking, enter SMS passwords or provide your payment card details. All you need is a phone with your bank’s mobile app. You don’t need a payment card or wallet to pay with BLIK. All you need is a phone with internet access and your bank’s app.

What is the BLIK code?

The BLIK code is a unique 6-digit code that you will find in your bank’s application. It is valid for 2 minutes. After this time, you can generate a new one. Use the code to start your payment.

BLIK is a single-use payment method that requires customers to authenticate their payments. When the customer wants to pay online with BLIK, they request a six-digit code from their banking application and enter it in the collection form.
